Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

There may be potential delivery delays due to COVID-19 and are out of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Our shipping rates align with Australia Post’s rates based on the weight of the total order, listed below.

Standard Parcel Postage
Up to 500g = $8.95 AUD
500g-1kg = $12.20 AUD
1kg-3kg = $15.35 AUD
3kg-5kg = $18.50 AUD

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at restorerhythm@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If the item is faulty, you may request an exchange, via email, to replace with the same item or a different item of the same value.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at restorerhythm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you would like to return an item and request a refund within 30 days, please contact us via email with an explanation and image of your concern.
We will get back to you shortly with information on where to return your item.
Please note that shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Do not send back your item until your refund request has been approved.
