5 WAYS to manage and prevent neck pain when you’re at the office all day

Are you struggling to get through your day without neck pain or a headache?
Try these 5 simple tips to help manage and prevent neck pain during those long hours of work!

1.      Adjust computer screens so that your head isn’t turned to one side the whole day
If you can’t, then move your whole body so that your neck is in line with the rest of your spine

2.      Perform neck movements and stretches to keep it mobile (such as chin tucks) during breaks

3.      Use heat patches or a heat pack if necessary

4.      Move chair and computer height to make sure your eyes are level and your head is straight on to your device (avoid looking down too much)

5.      Bring things closer to you so you don’t lean your head or arm forward too much (bend elbow at 90 degrees to let it relax on the desk and move whole shoulder for mouse)
