- Lavender
- Peppermint
- Lemongrass
- Rosemary
- Citrus notes (Orange bergamot)
- Alcohol
- Distilled water
Directions:
- Gently shake and spray 5 times to desired area on clean, dry skin.
- Pat into skin if needed.
- Some tingling may be present from the Magnesium. Wash off after 30 minutes if preferred.
- Can be used after exercise, before sleeping and when you are feeling aches and pains.
